Some Crunch gyms are independently owned and operated by franchisees; as such, cancellation policies and procedures may vary by location based on state and local guidelines. See your local club for details if you have any questions regarding cancellation of your membership. Please note that any cancellation request has not been processed until you’ve received confirmation from your club.

Every state, and therefore every club, has its own minumum age requirement. To find out your club's minimum age please click here
Crunch Fitness – We ask that you cancel 10 days prior to your next billing date. This gives us ample time to ensure that your membership is cancelled so you aren’t charged again
Crunch Signature - We ask that you cancel 30 days prior to your next billing date. This gives us ample time to ensure that your membership is cancelled so you aren’t charged again
You can request this at your club’s front desk. We can either print it for you or send it to your email!
If you have a month to month membership, your membership will continue until you request cancellation. If you are a paid in full member your membership will end at the end of your contract unless you request to renew
The only valid reason for a refund is if you cancel within the first few days of having your membership (each state has laws for this grace period) OR if we missed your request by some extenuating circumstance. If you claim that you cancelled and your membership was not terminated, you will be asked to provide proof of the initial request.
In order to use a Crunch guest pass you need a valid state ID. If you work in the state and live elsewhere, please let your sales associate know when you come in to activate the pass
Crunch Fitness - Free Guest Passes include access to the gym and Group Fitness classes, but exclude the Relax & Recover Area, Ride classes, HIITZone classes and Kid’s Crunch. Guests can pay for additional services based on policy.
Crunch Signature – Free guest passes include everything except booking in advance. To take a class on a guest pass please show up prior to class with ample time for a tour, and so we can add your name to the in-person sign up sheet.
Crunch Fitness – Guest passes – if your membership does not include free unlimited guest access – is $10/day.
Crunch Signature - $35/day for non-members coming by themselves, $25/day for non-members coming with an existing Crunch Signature member, and $10/day if you are coming from a different location type (Ex: Crunch Fitness member coming to work out for the day at a Crunch Signature location).
Regardless of changing your credit card, a balance will see accrue on your account unless you request to cancel your membership. After a certain amount of time, your membership will go into collections
Under no circumstance can you share your Crunch membership. Doing so may result in the loss of your membership
Crunch Fitness - The annual fee varies depending on your home club. The current price range for the annual fee is $29 - $59. Please contact the club here for more information.
Crunch Signature - Crunch’s annual fee varies from year to year and club to club! You see this fee occur three months after you first join and every year, once a year, on that date. The current Crunch Signature annual fee is $79+tax. The best way to find out when your annual fee is going to be charged is here .

Some gyms allow members to sign up for classes online in advance of the class. Here are the rules:
- For Crunch Signature members with an All Crunch or City Crunch membership, online reservations are available 6 days and 22 hours prior to the class start time, and close 30 minutes prior to the start time. Not sure if your home gym is a Crunch Signature location? Click here for an explanation.
- For all other membership types, online reservations are available 22 hours prior to the class start time, and close 30 minutes prior to the start time.
- IMPORTANT: You must sign in on the Class Sheet 10 minutes prior to class and confirm your reservation or you will be marked as a no-show.

If you are unable to attend a class you have already reserved, please keep our cancellation policy in mind:
- Late cancellation fee: if you cancel a reservation within 2 hours of class start time, you will be charged a fee.
- No Show fee: if you miss a reservation without canceling, you will be charged a fee.
- The fee will appear in your member portal after your reservation. Late cancellation and missed reservation fees will vary based on location.
- If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation. After a third no-show without cancelling your reservation (or if you neglect to sign in), you will lose online reservation privileges for the next 30 days.

Your home club can assign any number as your barcode! Most clubs will assign it as your phone number with no special characters in between.
Please reach out to iCrunch@Crunch.com. We will likely delete your inactive and outdated account so you can create a brand new one!
It is likely that you are not booking within your booking window. If you are a Crunch Signature All or City Crunch member you have 22 hours prior to class starting. If you are a Crunch Signature, One Crunch, member OR a Peak, Peak Results, or Peak Plus member, you have 22 hours prior to class starting. PERSONAL TRAINING
Crunch’s preferred certifications and education:
- Current CPR
- Current dotFIT certification (or must be willing to obtain)
- Certification from organization recognized by Crunch (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, NCSF, ACE, AFAA, NESTA, TRX, PTA Global)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A degree in a related field is preferred (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, Fitness Specialist, etc.)
If you are unhappy with the current personal trainer you have, please speak to your home club to see if this is an option for you!
It depends on your home location! If you'd like to give the gift of fitness please contact your home location directly.
Under no circumstance is Crunch Fitness a training gym for non-Crunch trainers. This will result in loss of your membership if you are a member, or loss of visitor privilege if you are a non-Crunch member.
Personal training prices vary by location and vary by trainer. The best way to inquire about pricing is asking your location of interest.
There are a few accepted reasons for cancelling your personal training contract and getting refunded. Please contact your home club directly to inquire.
It depends on your home location! If you'd like to transfer your remaining sessions to someone, please inquire with your home club directly.

GROUP FITNESS
